Mint Condition + Summer Golf Cart!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Mint Condition. We had all of the amenities and a fantastic pool area. With a short walk (or cart ride) to the beach location was ideal. See you next year.

The house was great, comfortable, beautifully kept, fully stocked and clean. Such an easy walk to the beach, golf cart was fun for the family (and kiddos to ride) and the beach club access was such a wonderful extra perk. Management was easy to work with, responsive and checked in often. Would definitely stay again!

We LOVE this house!!!! Our family of 12 had lots of room, and the outdoor space is amazing! The pool area is wonderful! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the outdoor kitchen was great! Our trip was awesome! Thanks for sharing this wonderful home!

The house was all that was advertised. My family loved it, and we all agreed that we would love to come back next year!

Mint Condition was amazing, the most well-stocked home we’ve ever stayed in, golf cart, pool and beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, even a shibumi!!! 2 ping pong tables, dart board, plenty of games and books for all ages! Pier 42 responded immediately to any questions or issues we had and took care of them immediately! The pool was a really good size for a large group. A separate ice maker would have been nice as the ice maker on the refrigerator wasn’t working well, only a few cubes each day.
