The rental was clean and the kitchen and was stocked very nicely with all the dishes, utensils, and cookware. The Keurig didn’t work because it needed descaled. Suggestions include: Bedroom on top floor, right corner, facing beach: - TV doesn't connect to WIFI and unable to watch for this reason. It’s been this way the past 3 years. - mattress is too firm and uncomfortable The sliding glass doors are difficult to open due to rusting and poor tracking. Rental needs to add extra blankets. One in every other room would be the suggestion. The icemaker in the second floor by the pool table doesn’t work. The outdoor grill is nice but there is no propane tank. Lovely place, amazing beach access, incredibly responsive staff. Had a handful of needs over the week and all addressed promptly. Gave feedback at the end and they were very receptive. Will likely rent the same house for our family beach week for the next decade.

The folks at Pier 42 knocked it out of the park per usual. My guys do a golf trip every year down to Holden Beach, and we will most definitely be back next year at the same house. Place was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean, and Jaime and Karen are the best to work with. Thanks so much!

The kitchen, recreation room, layout of the bedrooms, and the beach view made this house a wonderful experience.
