Sea Grit

We just enjoyed another fantastic stay at Sea Grit! This home has a well-stocked kitchen, great seating both inside and outside on multiple decks, was spotless upon arrival, and is so great for our family of multiple generations, Pier 42 is very communicative from pre-arrival to post-departure and handled one minor issue immediately. Highly recommend Pier 42 and Sea Grit! Thank you for making our stay so memorable and we will be back soon!

Everything was great! Communication with the owner group was fantastic. House was really clean and loved the location. We plan to rebook again!

We really enjoyed our time at Sea Grit. The house was amazing and location is perfect. Access to the beach is right across the street. There were plenty of beach chairs etc which was nice to not have to bring our own. The beds were comfortable and everything was very high end. We have been staying in houses at various beaches for many years and I will absolutely say this was by far the best one we have ever stayed at. They thought of all the little things that made our stay pleasant. The kids really enjoyed the cornhole boards and arcade table. The deck and patio furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of it. Kitchen was well stocked. If you are thinking about booking this home just do it you will not be disappointed!

This was our first time visiting OIB and so glad we stumbled across Sea Grit! I can’t recommend this property enough, whether looking to travel with your immediate family or inviting extended family! We were traveling with our 4 month old for the first time, so convenience and simplicity were our priorities. Sea Grit exceeded our expectations in those categories, and more! Its close proximity to town made it stress free and easy to walk 10 minutes for dinner, cocktails, ice cream or a morning coffee and donuts! The property was beautiful and beyond accommodating. The host had a pack and play, high chair, stroller and even infant pool floats and toys; all things that not only made our stay that much more at home, but made our travel a lot lighter for us! The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The views from all the balconies were breathtaking and perfect for catching a sunrise or sunset! We felt so at home visiting Sea Grit and are looking forward to visiting in the near future!

If you are looking for a place to enjoy with your whole family Sea Grit is the place. I was there for Mother's Day Weekend from the moment we arrived in the driveway you were instantly in vacation mode. The house has 5 luxury bedrooms all with private bathrooms.  The 1st floor has a terrific game room that kids of all ages will enjoy! The second floor is just breathtaking. The minute you walk up the stairs you are taken back by the view of the ocean nothing like sitting at the table drinking your morning coffee and gazing out into the ocean. When you are ready to hit the beach the access to the beach is right across the street making it very easy to pack for the beach and if you forget something you are 2 minutes back to the house don't worry about bringing Beach chairs beach toys for the kids Sea Grit has you
