Guests must notify Pier 42 prior to booking if they plan to bring a pet. Approval is required. Required documentation includes current rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of the pet. Documentation must be submitted with the reservation number at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Pets are not permitted on beds or in the swimming pool and must comply with applicable Ocean Isle Beach regulations regarding pets on the beach and leash requirements. Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside.
Guests are responsible for their pet's behavior and any additional cleaning or repairs required as a result of the pet. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.
Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law.
POOL HEATING:
Pool heating is available for 0 per night with a 3-night minimum and is available by request outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please request heating at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
An exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather and environmental conditions affect heating performance. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature. Once heating service has begun, it is refundable only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the service from being provided. Refunds are not provided due to weather or environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early termination of the service, or unused heating days.
GAS GRILL:
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.
PARKING:
Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
