The beach is approximately a 3-minute walk from the home. Guests will cross the street along the route to the beach access.
Bell’s Blessing is also conveniently located for enjoying Holden Beach beyond the sand. Walk to nearby restaurants, ice cream, summer concerts, and local events without having to load everyone into the car.
From the front porch, you can catch peekaboo views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, adding a little extra coastal scenery to morning coffee or an afternoon outside.

Front and back decks on both living levels give everyone plenty of choices for enjoying the coastal air.
The mid-level porch off the kitchen is an especially nice spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Upstairs, the back deck off the primary king bedroom creates a more private place to slip away from the group and enjoy the breeze.
Under the house, a picnic table and high-top table create another casual gathering spot near the gas grill and private hot tub. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after returning from the beach, and the open yard provides additional outdoor space.

Wind down after a beach day with a soak in the private hot tub. The hot tub is available year-round and is tucked into the ground-level outdoor gathering area, making it easy to move between grilling, relaxing, and spending time together.
Guests must follow all provided hot tub operating and safety rules during their stay.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy to prepare.

Bell’s Blessing considers up to 2 pets with advance approval. The pet fee is per pet.
Guests must notify the host/property manager in advance if they plan to bring pets, and approval is required. Required documentation includes current rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of each pet. Documentation must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture and must comply with applicable Holden Beach pet, beach, and leash regulations. Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, repairs, or additional cleaning. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.
Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are subject to the property's pet policy unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable booking platform's policy.
PARKING
Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
