Cherry Bomb isn't your typical neutral beach house. The homeowner is a painter, and her love of color and creativity shows throughout the property in playful furnishings and personal artistic touches.
Start the morning with coffee and a peek of the ocean from the front decks before making the short walk to the beach. Come home for an afternoon by the private pool, a game of cornhole or a little downtime outside.
Upstairs, the open kitchen, dining and living area makes it easy for everyone to come back together. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island with high-top seating, dishwasher, oven, microwave, two full-size refrigerators, a mini fridge and a drip coffee maker.
Cherry Bomb is comfortable where it counts and filled with little details that make it memorable.

The private pool sits within a fenced outdoor area with seating and an outdoor shower, creating an easy place to spend an afternoon at home after a morning on the beach.
Front and back decks provide even more outdoor space, with peekaboo ocean views from the front. Cornhole boards and a gas grill round out the setup for relaxed evenings at the house.

Our cleaning fee includes professional departure cleaning along with starter linens and supplies for your stay:
• Fresh white linens for each bed, made prior to arrival
• 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths for each potential guest
• Hand towel for each bathroom sink
• Bathmat for each shower/tub
• Kitchen towels
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Full-size dish sponge
• Travel-size dish soap
• 2 laundry pods
• Travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body soap
• Refillable hand soap
• 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen
• 1 roll of bath tissue per bathroom
• 1 starter trash bag per trash bin
These items are intended as starter supplies and may not last for the entire duration of your stay.
Mandatory damage waiver, taxes, administrative fee and processing fee are included in your reservation total where applicable.
🏊 POOL HEAT
Optional pool heat is available for per night with a 3-night minimum. Pool heat must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by outdoor temperatures, wind, weather and other environmental conditions.
🍔 GAS GRILL
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or arrange optional propane delivery after booking through the Guest Portal.
👶 HIGH CHAIR & PACK 'N PLAY
A high chair and Pack 'n Play are provided for guest use.
🛗 ELEVATOR
The elevator provides convenient access from the ground level through the top floor. The presence of an elevator does not mean the property is ADA or wheelchair accessible.
🚫 PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance for this property. Guests must receive approval before bringing a pet.

• Parking: Maximum of 6 vehicles
• Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive prior approval
• Smoke & Drug Free: All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free
• Pool Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. No glass is permitted in or around the pool area.
• Prohibited Items: Fire pits, fireworks and deep fryers are not permitted
• Thermostat: Please do not set cooling below 73°F or heating above 73°F
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable administrative fee.
Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of arrival are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or failure to make final payment.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
