Parking is available for up to 10 vehicles. With the beach directly accessible from the property and several nearby dining and treat stops within walking distance, your group won't necessarily need to load everyone into the cars every time you want to go somewhere.

A gas grill is provided for guest use. Propane is not supplied, so guests should bring a propane tank or, after booking, use available guest services to arrange propane delivery.

POOL HEAT
This property offers optional pool heating for per night with a 3-night minimum. Pool heating is available by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Pool heating does not guarantee a specific water temperature. Pool temperature is affected by outside temperature, wind, overnight conditions, and other environmental factors. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the pool approximately 20–30°F above its naturally occurring temperature, but cold weather may prevent the pool from reaching a desired temperature.
Once the requested pool-heating service period begins, the service is refundable only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the service from being provided. Refunds are not provided due to weather or environmental conditions, failure to reach a specific temperature, changes in guest preference, early discontinuation, or unused days.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.
SMOKE & DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENT
All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
