The poolside tiki bar features barstools, a TV, and a mini fridge, making it easy to keep drinks and snacks nearby. There's also a ground-level bathroom convenient to the pool area.
Pool floats and a pool basketball setup add to the fun, while the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the beach.
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied; guests may bring their own tank or arrange propane delivery through available guest services after booking.
Optional pool heating is available outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day for 0 per night with a 3-night minimum. Please request heating at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.

Four additional private front balconies are spread across the mid and top levels. The two mid-level bunk rooms each have access to their own front balcony with rocking chairs, while the top-level King and Queen bedrooms each access their own private front balcony.
Every bedroom has access to outdoor balcony or deck space.
From the large top-level rear deck, take the staircase up to the crow’s nest, where elevated seating and a table provide a great perch for enjoying the ocean views.

Ping pong and cornhole on the ground level give the group something to do between trips to the pool and beach.
Mint Condition also provides at least 6 beach chairs along with a varying collection of beach and pool gear. Pool floats and pool basketball equipment are provided for guest use.

A 4-passenger street-legal golf cart is included with your stay at no additional charge, making it easy to cruise to the beach or explore Ocean Isle Beach without loading everyone into the car.
Golf cart operators must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Guests are responsible for following all applicable laws and the golf cart terms provided with the rental agreement.

POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day for 0 per night with a 3-night minimum.
Pool heating must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Weather and environmental conditions affect pool heating performance, and an exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature.
Once pool heating service has begun, refunds are available only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the heating service from operating. Refunds are not provided due to weather, environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early discontinuation, or unused heating days.
PARKING
Parking is available for approximately 3 vehicles due to local parking restrictions. Please contact the host/property manager for information regarding additional parking options.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
