One of the home's standout gathering spots is the expansive kitchen breakfast bar, with seating for approximately 8. It's an easy place to enjoy breakfast, keep the cook company or pull up a seat while everyone plans the day's adventures.
When part of the group wants a change of scenery, head upstairs to the second-floor den. With plenty of space to relax and games to enjoy, it gives the group another comfortable place to hang out.
Please note that the fireplace is decorative and is not available for guest use.

True to its name, All Decked Out offers expansive, newly renovated decks where you can enjoy the coastal breeze, island surroundings and peekaboo ocean views.
Downstairs, the private pool creates your own place to cool off after the beach, with optional heating or cooling available for qualifying stays. The outdoor space also includes dining, comfortable backyard seating, an outdoor shower and plenty of ways to keep the group entertained with ping pong, cornhole, horseshoe toss and Giant Connect 4.
A charcoal grill is provided for cookouts. Guests are responsible for supplying their own charcoal.

🏊 POOL HEATING & COOLING
Pool heating and/or cooling is available for an additional per night with a 3-night minimum. Please request this service at least 2 weeks prior to check-in so arrangements can be made in advance.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather and other environmental conditions.
⚡ TESLA EV CHARGER
A Tesla charging station is available for guest use for per day for the duration of the stay. Please request access prior to arrival so it can be added to your reservation.
🔥 CHARCOAL GRILL
A charcoal grill is provided for guest use. Charcoal is not supplied, so guests should plan to bring their own.

Your stay includes professional departure cleaning along with a starter supply of household and personal-care essentials.
Beds are made prior to arrival with fresh white linens. We also provide one bath towel per potential guest, two washcloths per guest, a hand towel for each bathroom sink, a bathmat for each shower or tub and kitchen towels.
Your starter supplies include:
• 2 dishwashing pods
• 1 full-size sponge
• Travel-size dish soap
• 2 laundry pods
• Travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body soap
• Refillable hand soap
• 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen or wet bar
• 1 roll of bath tissue per bathroom
• 1 starter trash bag per trash bin
These supplies are intended to help get your vacation started and may not last for the entire stay.
The mandatory damage waiver, applicable taxes, administrative fee and processing fee are also included in your reservation total.
AGE REQUIREMENT
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old unless prior approval has been received.
PETS
Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance for this property. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional charges.
SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY
All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free.
SAFETY
Fire pits, fireworks and deep fryers are prohibited. The indoor fireplace is decorative only and may not be used by guests.
THERMOSTAT
Please do not set the thermostat below 73°F while cooling or above 73°F while heating.
PARKING
Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 vehicles.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund of amounts paid, excluding the administrative fee, when Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals receives written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund, including cancellations resulting from inclement weather or failure to make the required final payment. Administrative fees are nonrefundable.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
