The fenced pool area gets plenty of sunshine, making it an easy place to settle in for an afternoon between trips to the beach. The private saltwater pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and Adirondack seating, with various pool toys and floats available for guest enjoyment.
Nearby, the tiki bar creates a fun outdoor gathering space with a TV, refrigerator, and barstool seating. The gas grill is conveniently located in this area as well, so the group can hang out by the pool while dinner is on the grill.

Pineapple Paradise gives you plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors beyond the pool. The screened front porch and multiple decks offer spots to relax in the shade or enjoy the coastal air.
Both mid-level bedrooms open directly onto the rear deck. The mid-level front and rear decks can also be reached from the home's entry and stair area.
Upstairs, both bedrooms provide direct access to the rear balcony. From this balcony, stairs lead to the crow's nest—the highest perch at the property and a favorite spot for taking in beautiful views across the ocean and Ocean Isle Beach.

The mid-level main living area features an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining space, and living room, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes one refrigerator, one dishwasher, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, plus a counter-style breakfast bar for casual meals and conversation. There is no shortage of entertainment for downtime either, with games, DVDs, and books available throughout the home.

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees.
This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property. Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.
POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available for per night with a 3-night minimum and is offered by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and is affected by weather and environmental conditions. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature.
Once pool heating service has begun, refunds are available only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the service from being provided. Refunds are not provided due to weather, environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early termination of service, or unused heating days.
GAS GRILL
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.
ELEVATOR
This property is not equipped with an elevator.
PARKING
Parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles.
SAFETY
Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited.

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
