Spend the afternoon between the water, loungers, umbrellas, and seating area, then grab a stool at the tiki bar and catch the game on the outdoor TV. There's even a ground-level restroom convenient to the pool area, so there's no need to run through the house every time someone needs a bathroom.

The main living area is located on the top floor, where large gathering spaces take advantage of Sea Grit's first-row setting and coastal views.
The mid level offers a second den and game space with a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, foosball table, and a desk and chair positioned so even the unfortunate person answering emails on vacation can enjoy an ocean view.
Downstairs, the garage becomes another entertainment zone. The through-garage can open toward the driveway, the pool area, or both, creating a fun extension of the outdoor space. Ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and mini skee-ball give kids and adults plenty to do between trips to the beach and pool.

The top-level chef-inspired kitchen is designed especially well for cooking and entertaining a full house, with upgraded appliances, two dishwashers, a full-size refrigerator, and a spacious island with seating.
A separate dining table provides additional room for meals together, while the expansive ocean-facing front deck offers an outdoor dining table and chairs for meals with a coastal view.
Extra cold storage makes beach weeks easier. In addition to the main kitchen refrigerator, you'll have a full-size refrigerator on the ground level for convenient pool access and a wine refrigerator at the mid-level wet bar.
🏊 PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING
Sea Grit's private pool area offers a combination of sun and shade throughout the day, along with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and additional seating.
The poolside tiki bar includes barstools and a TV, creating an easy place to hang out without leaving the pool area. A ground-level restroom is also available nearby.
An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach simple, and a gas grill is available for cookouts. Propane is not supplied; guests may bring their own tank or arrange propane delivery through available guest services after booking.
Optional pool heating is available outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day for per night with a 3-night minimum. Requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Pool heating performance depends on weather and environmental conditions, and an exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
🌊 DECKS & OCEAN VIEWS
Sea Grit features front and rear decks on both the mid and top levels.
The expansive top front deck faces the ocean and includes an outdoor dining area, making it a standout spot for breakfast, dinner, or simply enjoying the view.
Four King bedrooms located toward the rear of the home also provide direct access to the rear decks.
🏖️ BEACH ACCESS & BEACH GEAR
Getting to the sand couldn't be much easier. Public and private beach access points are located directly across the street from Sea Grit, just slightly offset from the driveway.
Guests also have access to a separate oceanfront clubhouse approximately 700 feet away featuring an oceanfront pool, restrooms, and golf cart parking. The clubhouse and its amenities are not managed by Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals.
Sea Grit's homeowners maintain a collection of beach equipment for guest use, including at least 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Additional beach chairs may be available, as the home's beach equipment collection can vary throughout the season. Please check with your host/property manager if you require a specific quantity.

Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.
POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day for per night with a 3-night minimum.
Pool heating must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Weather and environmental conditions affect pool heating performance, and an exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature.
Once pool heating service has begun, refunds are available only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the heating service from operating. Refunds are not provided due to weather, environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early discontinuation, or unused heating days.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
