During Ocean Isle Beach's summer concert season, the front deck becomes an especially fun place to relax, people-watch, and listen to the music from the nearby park.

The fenced private pool is the main outdoor gathering spot at Sons of Beaches. The mostly sunny pool area includes sun loungers, tables, and chairs, giving your group space to swim, relax, and spend the afternoon outside.
The gas grill is located nearby in a shaded area with a table, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after returning from the beach.
When you're ready for a quieter spot, head upstairs to one of the home's decks. The rear decks offer peekaboo ocean views, with a table and chairs on the mid-level rear deck and a picnic table on the top-level rear deck.
🍽️ KITCHEN + LIVING SPACES
With two separate living spaces, the house gives a larger group room to spread out.
The mid-level den provides an additional place to relax and includes a Queen sleeper sofa and games.
Upstairs, the main living room connects with the kitchen and dining area and includes a second Queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has one refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and everything needed for meals at home.
Smart TVs are provided in every room, along with high-speed WiFi throughout the property.

SMOKE & DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENT
All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees.
This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property. Trained service animals are permitted as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.
POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available for per night with a 3-night minimum and is offered by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and is affected by weather and environmental conditions. Under favorable conditions, heating may raise the water temperature approximately 20–30°F above its natural temperature.
Once pool heating service has begun, refunds are available only in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the service from being provided. Refunds are not provided due to weather, environmental conditions, achieved water temperature, personal preference, early termination of service, or unused heating days.
GAS GRILL
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or, after booking, arrange propane delivery through available guest services.
ELEVATOR
A passenger elevator is available for guest use. Please follow all provided operating and safety instructions.
PARKING
Parking is available for a maximum of 7 vehicles.
SAFETY
Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited.

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. Admin fees are non-refundable.
