And when the day starts winding down, head up to the crow's nest. With beautiful peekaboo ocean views, it's a lovely spot to catch the coastal breeze and linger a little longer before heading inside.

After a morning on the sand and an afternoon cooling off in the private pool, make your way upstairs and out through the den to the back deck and crow's nest. From up here, you'll catch peekaboo views of the ocean, salty breezes and a different perspective of the island.
On the mid level, the living room, kitchen and dining area give everyone a comfortable place to come together. Step outside to the back deck for dinner around the outdoor table or head down to the pool for an afternoon in the sun. A front-facing deck gives you another spot to slow down and enjoy the coastal air.
With the beach just a few minutes away and plenty to enjoy back at the house, The Roost makes it easy to settle into vacation mode.
🏡 INSIDE THE ROOST
The mid level serves as the main gathering space, with the living room, kitchen and dining area all together. From here, you'll also have access to the back deck with outdoor dining and seating. Stairs from the back deck lead down to the private pool area, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day.
Two Queen suites are located on this level, each with its own private full bathroom and walk-in shower. A front-facing deck provides another outdoor space off the main level.
Upstairs, a second den gives the group another place to spread out and includes a twin trundle with two Twin sleeping spaces. The washer and dryer are conveniently located here as well.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs—one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen and Twin bed. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Step through the upstairs den onto the back deck for access to the crow's nest and those peekaboo ocean views.

Cool off in the private pool, enjoy a meal on the back deck or find a comfortable spot outside to enjoy the coastal breeze. The back deck connects directly to the pool area by stairs, while the upstairs deck leads to the crow's nest for peekaboo ocean views.
An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a trip to the beach or a day by the pool.

Our cleaning fee includes professional departure cleaning along with starter linens and supplies for your stay:
• Fresh white linens for each bed, made prior to arrival
• 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths for each potential guest
• Hand towel for each bathroom sink
• Bathmat for each shower/tub
• Kitchen towels
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Full-size dish sponge
• Travel-size dish soap
• 2 laundry pods
• Travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body soap
• Refillable hand soap
• 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen
• 1 roll of bath tissue per bathroom
• 1 starter trash bag per trash bin

• Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive prior approval
• Smoke & Drug Free: All Pier 42 properties are smoke-free and drug-free
• Pool Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. No glass is permitted in or around the pool area.
• Prohibited Items: Fire pits, fireworks and deep fryers are not permitted
• Thermostat: Please do not set cooling below 73°F or heating above 73°F

Cancellations made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable administrative fee.
Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of arrival are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or failure to make final payment.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
